Every Last Word | Tamara Stone

Every Last Word is a about a girl named Sam who has OCD. Sam tries to hide her OCD from everyone, because she believes everyone will think she's crazy. The character development in this book was wonderful! I've never read a book like this, but I'm very glad I did. Tamara Stone did a great job of bringing the struggles of OCD to light! Every Last Word was great book and the plot twist was very shocking!

Aftermath | Kelley Armstrong

Aftermath was an incredible book, it had me hooked from the start and I could not put it down! The characters were so interesting and likable! I would totally give it five stars. I recommend this book to anyone who likes a fast-passed mystery book, it will not disappoint!

The Reluctant Journal of Henry K. Larsen was not really my type. I usually lean towards action-packed mysteries, and although this did not have that element it was still a good read! I recommend this book to anyone who loves young adult, realistic fiction books.

Walking Home | Eric Walters

The characters were very strong, resilient, and selfless! They were always giving, even though, they scarcely had things themselves. Despite their terrible circumstance, they were very appreciative of the little they had. This is a story of a thirteen-year-old boy's resilience and courage. He endured so much and still kept going, encouraging his seven-year-old sister to do the same. They were both so inspiring and incredible! An excellent story!

Pickpick

Run, Hide, Fight Back is a realistic fiction book. It is about a group teens who band together during a shooting. It addresses a lot of current issues in a captivating and eye-opening way. It's a great book and I really enjoyed it! I highly recommend it to anyone who likes realistic fiction or young adult books!

I feel like this book is not for me. I would like to know more about the characters and the person that died. There is very little action. Which is disinterests me. I love action in a book because it draws me in. It is also slow paced so, I have a hard time staying engaged. However, I am not deep in the book so, things could change. I will give it another week.

Cfischbuch I remember it being a bit confusing, as there are a lot of characters to focus on, but you are quite right this is not an action book but more of a who-done-it character mystery. 4y
MrsBabki I will be curious to see if it changes for you or if it is time to bail. Good job! 4y
